Cast on: alternate slip

Included for completeness, this cast on is in the Brother Knitting Techniques book, and I have no idea why you would want this kind of edge! Maybe it works better on a standard machine?

Worked by slipping every other needle, then slipping the alternate needles, six times. It made a neat enough edge until I gave the knitting a stretch.
